Dawn Brown, Branch Office Administrator
Dawn is the Branch Office Administrator for Vineyard Financial Group. She is responsible for office administration and ensuring an exceptional client experience for our clients.
Dawn has an extensive background in Customer Care, Client Services, and Business Operations. She has been responsible for client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare members, medical professionals, physician offices, business teams, and pharmaceutical companies.
Dawn works closely with the home office staff at our broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research, to orchestrate the vast resources and support personnel available to us. Dawn consistently provides a very high level of client satisfaction, while maintaining long-term relationships with our clients on their path to financial wellness.
Dawn completed her education in Michigan prior to moving to Arizona in the late 1980s. Dawn lived in the Netherlands in the early 1990s, with her husband and son, and traveled extensively throughout the region. Dawn’s hobbies and interests include traveling, biking, hiking, reading, writing, drawing, and painting. She is a strong advocate for health and wellness.
